Job Summary
Support accounting operations by preparing billing, processing payments, managing customer statements, and assisting with stock reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records and timely collections.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate billing and process payments and reimbursements to support financial operations
Issue monthly statements of accounts to customers to maintain clear communication of balances
Follow up on outstanding customer payments to improve cash flow and reduce receivables aging
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Assist in stock reconciliation by identifying and reporting discrepancies to support inventory accuracy
Perform assigned ad-hoc duties to contribute to overall accounting and administrative functions
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting or related field
1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
Basic knowledge of full set of accounts
Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
