Randstad is partnering with a leading commercial client to hire a Senior Critical Facilities Engineer (Integrated FM). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the building. You will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all assigned sites.

• Lead and manage technical shift teams to support 24/7 critical facilities operations
• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems, with a primary focus on M&E and ACMV systems
• Operate and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, including managing battery systems, responding to alarms/faults, and executing comprehensive preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage and operate Process Utility Systems, including CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, and Scrubber systems
• Execute robust preventive maintenance programs and perform hands-on fault finding to minimize equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement corrective actions efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

skills and experience required

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Practical, hands-on exposure to UPS systems is mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience in M&E and ACMV building operations within a critical facilities environment
• Certifications in HVAC/refrigeration (e.g., Universal CFC), electrical, or mechanical systems are highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking and managing maintenance activities
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, fault finding, and advanced troubleshooting
• Proven experience leading, supervising, and providing technical guidance to technicians or shift teams in a 24/7 operations setting
• Solid experience operating and maintaining process utilities (CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, or Scrubber systems)
