Job Summary

You will manage daily warehouse operations by handling shipments, verifying stock, packing and labeling goods, and ensuring accurate loading and unloading to maintain inventory quality and order.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow and inventory accuracy
• Verify stock counts and cross-check packing lists to ensure shipment accuracy
• Handle and organize incoming and outgoing shipments to optimize storage and dispatch
• Pack and label goods accurately to meet shipment and inventory standards
• Load and unload containers and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Receive and process incoming goods, including stock and raw materials, ensuring proper documentation
• Inspect received goods to confirm they are in good condition and correctly ordered
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid forklift license to operate warehouse machinery safely
• Demonstrate physical fitness to carry loads up to 10 kg as part of manual handling tasks
• Understand and communicate using simple English to follow instructions and coordinate tasks

Other Information

• Working Hours: 8am to 5.18pm (Monday to Friday)
• Job Types: Full-time
• Salary: S$1600 - S$2900
