WE’RE HIRING: Assistant Engineering Support cum Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To provide engineering and technical support, assist with CAD drawings and project documentation, coordinate after-sales service matters, and support sales and business development activities. The role aims to develop the candidate's technical knowledge and customer relationship skills towards an independent technical sales position.

Key Responsibilities
A. Engineering and CAD Support
·        Prepare, amend and maintain 2Dand 3D engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
·        Assist in preparing equipment layouts, technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
·        Support engineers in technical coordination and project follow-ups.
·        Assist with engineering documentation for industrial chillers and HVAC-related equipment.

B. After-Sales Technical Support
·        Assist in responding to customer technical enquiries after equipment delivery and installation.
·        Coordinate with engineers and service technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and follow up on service requests.
·        Assist in preparing service reports, technical documents and customer updates.
·        Ensure after-sales matters are followed up promptly and professionally.

C. Sales Support and Business Development
·        Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals and sales documentation.
·        Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and potential business opportunities.
·        Develop product knowledge of industrial chillers, HVAC systems and related equipment.
·        Communicate with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
·        Progressively take on customervisits, product presentations, sales negotiations and business development.
·        Develop towards an independent technical sales role with responsibility for customer relationships and sales growth.

What We’re Looking For
·        Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC or a related discipline.
·        Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software; SolidWorks experience is preferred.
·        Interest in mechanical systems, industrial chillers and HVAC equipment.
·        Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
·        Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting and customer support.
·        Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
·        Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in technical sales and business development.
