Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, proactive, and responsible attitude.

Passionate about sales and interacting with customers.

Able to work towards sales targets.

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided.

Basic Computer Skills

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.

Introduce and recommend products based on customers’ needs.

Assist customers with product selection and complete sales.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.

Assist with stock checking and daily store operations.

Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
