Minimum SPM or equivalent

Experience in a call centre environment and/or medical claims adjudication is preferred

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage

Able to commit to rotational shift work, including day and night shifts

Strong communication and listening skills

A proactive team player with good multitasking abilities

Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Coordinate and manage aeromedical transport cases from start to finish

Handle assistance requests via phone calls and emails promptly

Serve as the first point of contact for clients requiring medical or travel assistance

Manage allocated cases independently and ensure timely service delivery

Coordinate and assess medical claims, analyse reports, and provide recommendations on claim eligibility

Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude

Multitask and support other departments when required

Work closely with team members in a fast-paced 24/7 operations environment
