Identify and resolve operational issues promptly; escalate significant matters to management as needed.
Train and guide employees on work procedures, safety practices, and company policies to enhance team competency.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, work assignments, inspections, incidents, and operational activities for accountability.
Assist management in manpower and resource planning aligned with operational demands.
Monitor proper use and maintenance of equipment and workplace facilities to ensure operational readiness.
Prepare daily or periodic operational reports for management review and decision-making.
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
Enforce employee adherence to security, safety, and access-control procedures relevant to aviation operations.
