Key Responsibilities

Content & Social

–    Plan and produce contentfor Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — real community content, not polishedbrand campaigns.

–    Own the posting calendarand adapt to what performs.

–    Use Canva and basicvideo editing tools fluently.

Community Building

–    Develop and run acommunity of active refill users.

–    Engage with residents,community groups, and grassroots organisations around station locations.

–    Identify and work withmicro-influencers and community advocates.

On-the-Ground Presence

–    Attend stationactivations and community events.

–    Capture content on-site;be comfortable on camera.

Ideal Candidate

–    Content-native: lives onIG/TikTok/FB, understands what works organically.

–    Has run or grown a realcommunity — not just managed a page.

–    Canva-proficient; basicvideo editing skills.

–    Comfortable being theface of a brand in front of a camera and in person.

–    Bonus: existing ties toheartland communities or grassroots networks.
