This role will be responsible for establishing robust data governance frameworks, optimizing scientific and business workflows, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a process-oriented mindset and thrives in building scalable systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and access control protocols to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Manage enterprise applications and digital platforms, including system administration, user access, software licensing, renewals, utilization tracking, and compliance monitoring.
• Oversee scientific data management workflows and support digital laboratory environments, including ELN and LIMS platforms (Benchling experience is highly preferred).
• Drive workflow automation and system integration initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
• Design and implement reporting dashboards, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled tools to support decision-making and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify digitalization opportunities and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Establish best practices for data quality, security, system performance, and documentation.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and support of digital solutions.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements Skills/experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing data management frameworks, SOPs, and access control policies.
• Strong experience managing enterprise systems, software licenses, renewals, compliance requirements, and usage optimization.
• Familiarity with scientific data workflows and hands-on experience with ELN platforms (Benchling preferred) and/or LIMS solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow automation, systems integration, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of establishing new processes and frameworks in a growing environment.
