Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a
Regional Finance Manager
to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the
Central -
easily accessible.
Responsibilities for Regional Finance Manager:
Act as a s
trategic finance business partner to subsidiary business leaders and Finance & Accounting teams,
providing commercial insights and perspectives that extend beyond traditional finance and accounting functions.
Lead and manage the Finance & Planning Division,
ensuring the achievement of divisional objectives, priorities, and responsibilities.
Manage regional tax compliance and provide guidance
on tax implications and risks related to business initiatives.
Oversee treasury, cash flow, foreign exchange, debt,
and liquidity management, optimizing funding and financial risk management.
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
to Finance & Planning team members in and Finance teams across other group companies in the region.
Lead the development and implementation of strategic Finance & Accounting initiatives in alignment with the Group’s mid-term plans, transformation agenda, and regional finance objectives.
Establish and maintain clear, consistent, and effective Finance & Accounting policies, processes, and practices, including robust internal controls,
in compliance with corporate requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
Partner with Finance & Accounting and regional stakeholders to implement Group finance policies, initiatives, and governance requirements.
Lead regional finance projects, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives.
Oversee financial controllership, Treasury, and Order Management activities, ensuring strong controls, risk management, accuracy, and compliance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting, providing insights to support business decisions and performance.
Oversee financial reporting, year-end audits, impairment assessments, and resolution of audit matters.
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, reporting, and governance across the region.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, with a
CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification
.
At least
13 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
, including
taxation
, with strong experience in
strategic planning and financial management
.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
Accounting & Tax, Audit, and Treasury
.
5 years of APAC regional experience within multinational organizations.
