We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven End-User Technical Sales Executive (Industrial Hardware, PPE & Safety Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and dedicated to continuous learning. Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role involves interacting with clients and collaborating with a team. The Sales Executive should also be prepared for occasional travel.

Requirements

• Require own transport for business travel

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.

• Candidates with proven sales experience in PPE, industrial hardware, construction materials, MRO supplies, or safety products are encouraged to apply.

• Results-driven, resourceful, and strong sales focus

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.

• Priority for candidates with outdoor sales experience in Construction/ Hardware/ Safety Products industry

• Drive sales growth by promoting PPE, industrial hardware, power tools, and industrial solutions to manufacturing, engineering, construction, and industrial customers.

• Develop new business opportunitiesandexpand customer base in manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors.

• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement, site visits, and strong customer support.

• Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative solutions to meet customer needs.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports while ensuring timely order processing and payment follow-up.
