Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field

Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out projects; retail and F&B experience is an advantage

Able to independently produce accurate and coordinated construction drawings

Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant 3D modelling and presentation software

Good understanding of materials, joinery, construction details and site coordination

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

Responsible, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines

Independently develop design concepts, space planning, material proposals and design presentations

Prepare complete drawing packages including layout plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, construction details and joinery details

Understand and apply mall fit-out guidelines, submission requirements and project specifications

Coordinate with mall management and consultants for local authority submissions, approvals and technical matters

Brief site supervisors and subcontractors clearly on drawings, design details, materials and installation requirements

Attend site meetings, resolve design related issues and update drawings when required

Coordinate drawing deadlines to support overall project schedule
