Key Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth client experience.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Follow up proactively with clients to address their needs, resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain client documents, correspondence and service updates.
Maintain accurate client records and monitor service progress.
Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
Support initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
1–3 years of client servicing, customer service or other customer-facing experience.
Experience in a professional services or corporate services firm is preferred.
Able to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
