The P2P Specialist governs the end-to-end buying and paying process, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with procurement policies.

Job Description

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and input supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• 3-Way Matching: Perform three-way matching among purchase orders (PO), goods received notes (GRN), and invoices.
• Payment Execution: Prepare and execute weekly or monthly payment runs via electronic funds transfers or telegraphic transfers.
• Vendor Management: Address vendor inquiries regarding payment statuses and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Travel & Expense (T&E): Audit employee expense claims against internal corporate travel policies.

Educational Background & Pre-requisites

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Working Experiences

• Required: 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or a broader P2P domain.

Required: Familiarity with invoice automation and workflow tools (e.g., Concur, Coupa, ReadSoft).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
