- Support planning and execution of client marketing events, product launches, and experiences
- Prepare post-event reports, analyses, and presentations
- Coordinate gifting and client treatment initiatives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and follow-up
- Support boutique and market-level events, VIP client engagement, client experiences, retail training support, and expense tracking
- Bachelor’s students or graduates preferred (ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), with general comfort with digital tools and data
- Excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
- Strong aesthetic sense, with interest in fashion & luxury industry
