About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead our next phase of growth. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and hands-on execution.

You will lead and coach a high-performing sales team, identify and capture new revenue streams, manage strategic accounts, and expand our market presence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and excel at turning relationships into revenue, we want to hear from you. Experience in food processing or automation machinery industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building a healthy pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Expand Market Presence: Identify and execute new business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, cross-selling opportunities, and new revenue streams.
• Nurture High-Value Accounts: Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with key customers and manage commercial negotiations and agreements professionally.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Supervise, coach, and review KPIs for the sales and business development team, fostering a proactive, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and share market insights with senior leadership.

What We Look For (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related commercial field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Account Management, with a proven track record of hitting targets. Team leadership or management experience is highly preferred.
• Negotiation & Influence: Exceptional commercial awareness, presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex client negotiations.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of pipeline management, CRM systems, and the ability to translate market data into actionable business plans.
• Traits: Proactive, resilient, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
