Job Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales growth for industrial power generation products and solutions across Southeast Asia.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities within data centres, industrial facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with end users, consultants, M&E contractors, system integrators and distributors.
• Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to propose suitable power generation solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations and commercial offers to prospective customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and project tendering to commercial negotiations and order closure.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant technical sales experience; candidates with more extensive experience are welcome.
• Experience in the power generation industry, particularly diesel generators and power systems, will be advantageous.
• Experience in business development, key account management or distributor/channel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia.
