Kerja Sepenuh Masa QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) – M&E, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Macrolite Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant working experience; M&E experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Willing to travel when required.

Manage project costs, budgets, and procurement throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and tender submissions.

Conduct tender evaluations, cost comparisons, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Prepare and manage contracts, Letter of Award (LOA), and subcontractor payment claims.

Review progress claims, prepare payment certifications, and handle final accounts.

Prepare and manage variation orders (VO) and cost reports.

Maintain a database of costs, materials, and suppliers.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
