Role & Responsibilities:

• To provide quality service to existing and new customers.
• To prepare document for import shipment.
• To handle pre alert from agent and communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on shipment arrangement.
• Ensure invoices dispatched to customers on time.
• Prepare import billing / Po for Import shipment.
• To be accountable for the timeliness, accuracy and correctness of assigned job functions.
• To setup brokerage SOP for customer and key contact for brokerage customer
• Manage the daily problem for brokerage jobs
• Build good relationship with FCL vendors to have more competitive rate based project basic .

Qualifications:

• Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Transportation, or associate field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic transportation management, freight forwarding and logistics (domestic or international freight forwarding).
• Excellent computer knowledge, advance Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with web-based transportation procurement platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organization, analytical, written, and oral communications skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while exercising sound judgement.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
• Must be a confident self-starter who can develop effective business relationships, both internally and externally.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, customer service oriented, and eager to ensure the success of the team.
• Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision, and thrive within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment..
• Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.
