The client is a HNW insurance broker firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft visual pitch books and materials for account executives to use during client meetings
• Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Guarantee that all consumer inquiries and demands are resolved quickly and uniformly
• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
• Assist account managers in delivering premium service to affluent accounts to secure ongoing loyalty
• Collaborate with patrons, internal operations, and vendor networks to guarantee swift document handling and execution of consumer needs
• Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
• Manage ongoing communication and calendar scheduling for potential and current clients alongside corporate associates.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
• Possess exceptional structural and scheduling capabilities, demonstrating the capacity to handle diverse duties independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate superior written and spoken communication capabilities
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
