Full Job Description :

• Manage and ensure FEMS operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance and User Request) and Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Plan and control FEMS approved annual budget for Revenue (Fees, Variation Order, Reimbursable Work) and Expenditures (Maintenance cost, Contractor cost and Operation cost) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP)
• Ensure FEMS services meet the compliance of Quality and Environment Management System
• Execute and ensure Health, Safety & Environment compliance and activities (Tools box briefing, Work place inspection,Safety Observation , safety committee (HIRADC, EASI) and safety day) as per company’s policy
• Establish and sustain stake holder management for Internal and External parties in order to comply with company vision and mission.
• Plan and ensure staff performance and development activities (Training Need Analysis, On Job Training, Performance Monitoring System, Key Performance Indicator and Competencies Training) as required by Man Power Norm and the company
• Ensure reports (Technical Report, Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal, Monthly deduction mapping report, Incident report, Life Cycle Assessment and Benchmarking) are prepared, reviewed and submitted to JKR

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
