We are looking for a detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible candidate to join our team as a Finance Officer to support the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage company petty cash efficiently

Process and verify employee claims

Handle company credit card payments

Manage payments for part-time employees

Calculate employee commissions based on the established structure

Handle petrol card registration

Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and systematically

Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification

At least 1 year of working experience in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ WPS

Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Positive attitude and able to follow instructions well

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
