Receptionist

Salary: $2,400 – $2,450/month
Contract Duration: 14 months, with option to extend for another year
️ Contract Period: November 2026 – December 2027
Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 7:15am–4:15pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break
• Friday: 7:15am–3:45pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break
Working Days: No work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the front counter and attend to visitors and general enquiries.
• Handle phone calls, messages, mail and correspondence.
• Provide basic assistance for welfare-related matters and facilitate notifications where required.
• Maintain records for items, access keys and other administrative matters.
• Prepare letters, certificates, name tags and other documents.
• Assist with bookings, filing, scanning, data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Support daily office operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience.
• Computer literate with good administrative skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid, Office Skills or WSQ certification will be an advantage.
