• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or after-sales support is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, SQL).

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media.

• Process warranty claims, product exchanges, repairs, and after-sales service requests.

• Verify warranty eligibility according to company policies.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, service team, and Sales person to process order and solve warranty issues.

• Follow up with customers regarding claim status until completion.

• Record and maintain accurate customer service and warranty claim records.

• Assist in issuing replacement orders, refund requests, and service reports.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Support general administrative duties and filing.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
