Job Responsibilities:

• Manufactures or machines products as per specification by operation of computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines
• Program, setup and operates CNC machines.
• Prepare process sheet, tooling selection and cutting parameter for precision machining of metal and engineering plastic
• Maintain machine, tooling, jig and fixtures
• Maintain and sustain good housekeeping at all time (5S) in the respective area
• Measure and inspect quality of product by using quality inspection and measuring equipment
• Implement cost-saving exercise
• Produce products as per production schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Sijil in Machining, Mechanical or vocational skills or any other relevant course
• Able to work permanent night shift (10.30PM to 7.30AM)
• 1-3 years of working experience in machining operation is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in CNC (FANUC / Brothers / Mitsubishi) is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of 5S and kaizen program
• Fast learner and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Working Shift: Monday to Friday, 10.30PM to 7.30AM

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
