Join our dynamic Food & Beverage team as a Kitchen Supervisor!!
We welcome individuals seeking flexible working arrangements with comprehensive training provided ! This role offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about the food and beverage industry to deliver exceptional dining experiences whilst maintaining flexibility in work schedules
• Meal allowance.
• Transportation allowance.
• 5 days work week!
Expected Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and manage kitchen assistants and part-time staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor food preparation, portion control, and quality consistency.
Conduct inventory management and stock control.
Coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Train and onboard new kitchen employees.
Support management in implementing operational improvements and cost-control measures.
Menu Creation and propose ideas to the existing menu as and when nec
Handle operational issues and provide solutions during service periods.
Job Requirements
• Passion for the food and beverage industry with a strong service-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior F&B experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
