• Hiring and Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide new workers through orientation.
• Employee Relations: Answer daily questions, help resolve workplace conflicts, and support fair disciplinary actions.
• Benefits and Payroll: Assist with health insurance plans, track leave requests, and coordinate with the finance team for payroll.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure the company follows labor laws, update employee handbooks, and enforce workplace rules.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, private employee files using HR software (HRIS). 

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: three years of working experience in an HR support or administrative role.
• Communication: Strong speaking and writing skills to handle sensitive discussions and negotiations.
• Technical Skills: Comfort with office software and human resources information systems (HRIS).
• Knowledge: Understanding of basic labor laws, privacy rules, and conflict resolution.
