KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive GTN’s adoption in Korea.
2. Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.
3. Leverage your network of industry contacts to build strong, productive relationships.
4. Proactively seek out new business opportunities, aiming to exceed sales targets.
5. Understand client needs and align GTN's value proposition to deliver tailored solutions.
6. Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance the platform based on client feedback.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Represent GTN at industry events, conferences, and seminars in Korea, promoting our solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in financial services and/or fintech, with a proven track record of successful partnerships and deals.
2. A strong network within the financial services sector.
3. A "hunter" mindset, with a passion for business development and client acquisition.
4. Solid understanding of financial products (equities, ETFs, fixed income, mutual funds, spot commodities, options) and API integration.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

GTN is a multi-market, multi-asset class trading platform offered to institutional customers on a B2B and B2B2C business model. GTN currently provides its services via three regulated subsidiaries in Dubai, Singapore and USA. Building on its presence in the Middle East and Asia, GTN is embarking on a global rollout of its ecosystem with regulated subsidiaries. GTN Europe, the subsidiary focusing on UK, is currently undergoing licensing process with FCA.
GTN is a multi-tenant platform primarily targeted at buy/sell-side institutions and FinTech such as digital banks/wallet companies keen to offer global trading and investment products to their users. The GTN offering consists of three main products, a global trading system, a digital wealth management system and the GTN API platform.
