Job Scope

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Assist with HR administration and maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR-related matters.
• Support daily HR operations and ad-hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
