Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Representative role based in Petaling Jaya. The Junior Sales Representative will engage prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and support the sales team in presenting Envicion Studio’s property marketing services to developers and related stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing sales materials and basic proposals, coordinating with the marketing and creative teams on client requirements, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools. The role also involves attending meetings, presentations, and industry events, following up on opportunities, and contributing to relationship-building with existing and potential clients. The Junior Sales Representative is expected to learn Envicion Studio’s service offerings in detail and support the achievement of revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Client engagement and communication skills, including the ability to present services clearly, handle inquiries, and build professional relationships.
• Sales support capabilities such as lead qualification, pipeline follow-up, and basic proposal or quotation preparation.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records, using CRM or sales tracking tools, and managing schedules and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in property development, marketing, branding, or creative services.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills relevant to the local market are an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
