Responsibilities

Make an impact

  • Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, performance management ,talent management and others relevant programs to organization needs.
  • Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
  • Developing or assisting in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.).
  • Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
  • Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management in order to help leaders to ensure compliance.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility in HR BP capacity preferably in an IT industry environment.
  • Friendly and have strong track record in implementing strategic HR initiative for organization improvement.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communications and personnel management skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization.
  • Well organized and self-directed individual with sound technical skills, analytical ability and good judgment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
