The Merchandiser is responsible for organizing and maintaining product displays in stores. The role ensures products and testers are displayed according to planogram and brand guidelines. The Merchandiser works closely with the designer, trade, and brand teams to support store activities and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Layout & Display

• Arrange products and testers according to planogram and brand guidelines.
• Ensure displays are clean, attractive, and well maintained.

2. Display Materials

• Prepare and coordinate required materials for offline store displays, including POSM, signage, testers, and display props.
• Coordinate with the designer, trade, brand team, and suppliers to ensure materials are ready on time.
• Check that all materials are complete and in good condition.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the trade team.
• Ensure proper product rotation, labeling, and tester availability.

4. Sales & Promotions Support

• Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure promotional materials and products are updated according to campaign requirements.

5. Tasting Area Coordination

• Assist with setting up in-store tasting areas, including signage, products, and related materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple displays and coordinate materials.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure proper product placement, labeling, and display standards.
• Coordination Skills: Able to work with internal teams, suppliers, and stores.
• Time Management: Able to complete tasks and prepare materials on time.
• Candidates must possess own transport

Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, i.e. wholesales manager, sales team and marketing partners to align merchandising goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
