Join a prestigious luxury hotel in Singapore! We are looking for
proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executives
to support the hotel's daily procurement operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment and have a passion for purchasing and supplier management, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions and preparing purchase orders.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve order discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to ensure sufficient stock availability.
Work closely with Finance, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments on purchasing requirements.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier contracts, invoices and procurement documentation.
Support cost-saving initiatives, price comparisons, stock takes and purchasing reports.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience; hospitality experience is an advantage.
Organised, meticulous and proactive, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Working Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,000 - $3,500
