Job Summary

Join VGC Technology as an AI Engineer to design, develop, and support AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud technologies. Collaborate with customers and teams to deliver innovative AI projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support AI and cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies to meet customer needs
• Develop and deploy AI applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and related platforms
• Lead and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs), customer demonstrations, and project implementations to validate AI solutions
• Support AI automation, data analytics, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Apply prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices in solution development
• Create basic scripts, automation tools, and system integrations using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or SQL
• Prepare clear technical documentation, solution guides, and project reports to support knowledge sharing and project tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and ongoing support to ensure solution reliability
• Stay current with Microsoft AI technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solution quality
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to achieve successful project outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, or related fields
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud platforms and technologies including Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or SQL
• Understanding of APIs, automation, and system integration concepts
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Cloud Computing principles
• Willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, AZ-900, DP-600/DP-700, MS-900, and PL-900
