Job Overview:

The Sourcing Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for Borong Runcit by staying on top of hypermarket promotions, conducting daily price checks, assisting with picking and packing orders, and handling deliveries. This is a field-based position, with limited office attendance required, except for Monday mornings and when specifically requested.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Hypermarket Monitoring:

• Be stationed at hypermarkets assigned to you, ensuring visibility on stock, prices, and promotions.
• Regularly update the sourcing lead on ongoing and upcoming promotions, deals, and inventory availability.

Daily Price Checking:

• Perform daily price checks for products requested by the sourcing team to maintain competitive pricing strategies for Borong Runcit.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of price differences and market trends to assist with purchasing decisions.

Order Picking & Packing:

• Assist in the picking and packing of orders for Borong Runcit under the guidance of the sourcing lead.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Delivery Management:

• Handle deliveries for Borong Runcit orders, ensuring efficient and prompt service to customers.
• Maintain proper delivery records and liaise with the sourcing lead on any delivery-related issues.

Team Collaboration & Office Presence:

• Be present in the office for Monday morning team meetings or as requested by the sourcing lead.
• Work closely with the sourcing lead and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Availability to be field-based and work at assigned hypermarkets with minimal office time.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in price monitoring and data reporting.
• Excellent time management skills to handle price checking, picking, packing, and deliveries efficiently.
• A proactive attitude in handling ad-hoc tasks and assisting the sourcing lead as needed.
• Valid driver's license (for delivery responsibilities) and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
