We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team and oversee our accounting and finance functions. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group’s accounting functions, including full-set accounts, financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate records, timely payments, and effective collection of outstanding debts.
• Monitor cash flow and banking facilities to support the Group’s financial and operational requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation and finalisation of annual accounts for audit and tax submission.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and relevant government authorities on financial matters.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and analysis to assist Management in planning and decision-making.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, financial procedures, and governance across the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Supervise, guide, and develop the Accounts & Finance team to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS, ISO 9001, and applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, with MIA registration being mandatory.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience in managing full sets of accounts, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry. The final position level will depend on the candidate’s experience.
• Experience in group-level accounting or consolidated financial reporting will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• High integrity, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
