Job Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, sales performance, inventory, and team management. The role includes achieving sales targets and KPIs, supervising and developing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and managing stock and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in footwear, fashion, sports, lifestyle, or specialty retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Hands-on experience in store operations, inventory management, and staff management.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
