Role Description The Slickline Supervisor/Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kemaman District. This position is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing slickline operations safely and efficiently at client locations, including well intervention, logging, and maintenance activities. Daily tasks include preparing and mobilizing equipment, leading and mentoring crew members, monitoring job progress, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and safety standards. The role involves accurate job reporting, coordination with field and office teams, and maintaining tools and vehicles in good working condition. The Slickline Supervisor/Operator also supports troubleshooting in the field, participates in risk assessments and pre-job meetings, and contributes to continuous improvement in service quality and operational performance.
Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of slickline operations, well intervention tools, and oilfield equipment, with hands-on field experience in the exploration and production sector.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate field crews, manage job planning and execution, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, including familiarity with HSE policies, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices in oil and gas environments.
• Competence in operational documentation, including job reports, equipment checklists, and basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Relevant technical or vocational qualification in engineering, petroleum technology, or a related discipline; industry certifications in slickline or well services are an advantage.
• Ability to work in on-site field conditions, including shifts and offshore or remote assignments when required; valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Previous experience in Oilfield Integrated Services or related well services operations within Malaysia or regional markets is highly beneficial.
