Customer Service
Serve salespersons, clients and visitors at the customer service and reception counters.
Handle walk-in enquiries, telephone calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide assistance with general customer and administrative enquiries.
Transaction & Payment Processing
Process documents, forms and administrative transactions accurately.
Receive and process payments by cash, cheque and electronic payment methods.
Process merchandise sales and operate the POS system.
Operate office technology and equipment, including NETS/credit card terminals, photocopiers and shared computer terminals.
Data Entry & System Administration
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using internal systems such as REMSPlus2, Admin Module and e-Submission.
Process relevant information and submissions through external platforms such as IRAS, HDB and CEA systems.
Ensure information entered into the relevant systems is accurate and complete.
Office Administration
Manage outgoing mail, including franking and depositing mail with SingPost.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
Support the opening and closing of office facilities, meeting rooms and training rooms.
Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
