Key Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, and system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Citrix, AD, Azure, and O365
administration.
• Strong knowledge of backup and cloud DR (Veeam, iLand, replication).
• Experience with SQL management, reporting services, and integration services.
• Exposure to DevOps (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Python, Visual Studio, Visual
Basic).
• Networking expertise in Cisco, Meraki, SilverPeak, VPNs, VOIP, Palo Alto, and
Brocade Fibre.
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility solutions (Ivanti, IGEL, UEM, UMS, Blackberry,
mobile devices).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Cisco, ITIL, Veeam) are a plus.
