We are looking for an aspiring Global EHSS Training & Documentation Program Manager to handle administrative work for our client.

Job Type: Junior to Mid Level

Job descriptions:

• Manage training material, review, processing, and updating.

• Manage controlled documents, review, document processing, approval, and routing.

• Maintain training systems (Workday Learning, Workday Quiz, OJTCert, QuestionMark).

• Maintain documentation systems (MESCentral ECN, WAPI Route Maintenance).

• Develop and deploy training and standards with program owner.

• Develop and update training matrix and standard-audience matrix.

• Serve as a translation contact between the client and translation company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training administration, learning management systems, document control, quality systems, or program management.

• Experienced in document control practices, change management, revision control, and controlled documentation processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance in training and documentation records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint. Knowledgeable in Power BI is advantageous.

• Knowledgeable in Agentic AI is advantageous.

• Can start immediately in early September 2026 (contract through August 2027).
