Are you a driven individual with a passion for supporting sales strategies, engaging with customers, and maintaining operational excellence? You'll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and driving efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Sales Support

• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports and customer databases.

• Coordinate sales activities, delivery planning.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Executives on pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules to meet customer inquiries.

Customer Communication

• Respond to client inquires, provide/service information and follow up on leads.

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery.

• Handling customer enquiries, quotation and provide back end support for sales team.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by facilitating timely communication and issue resolution.

• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining proactive follow-ups with clients.

Order Processing

• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.

• Track Shipments, delivery schedules, and order status.

• Willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time.

Reporting and Documentation

• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.

• Maintain sales documentation, price list and agreements.

Cross- Department Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, finance and warehouse to support sales operation.

• Ensure alignment on product availability, delivery timelines and customer requirements.
