Comfortable working on-site in Bandar Sunway and travelling when required.

Be part of the student journey, supporting applications from the initial enquiry through to university enrolment.

Review student documents, entry requirements and prior learning details, ensuring all information is accurate.

Help connect students, universities and internal teams so everyone stays on the same page.

Communicate important application updates and changes in university requirements or policies to the relevant teams.

Keep track of pending actions and follow up regularly so nothing slips through the cracks.

Monitor EMGS visa applications and follow up whenever an update is required.

Maintain student records, application timelines and updates so everything stays clean, accurate and updated.

Support other administrative and operational tasks whenever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Manage multiple student applications while staying on top of deadlines and important details.
