Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
Manage raw material inventory, procurement and stock levels.
Coordinate machinery maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
Improve production efficiency, reduce material waste and control costs.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Supervise, train and manage production staff.
Troubleshoot production issues and minimise operational downtime.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.
Experience in woodworking, timber processing or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage production schedules and work effectively with different teams.
