• Bakery, food preparation or production experience is preferred but not essential for suitable trainees.

• Interested in bakery operations and ability to follow recipes, instructions and quality standards.

• Careful attention to food hygiene, product appearance and safe equipment handling.

• Able to work accurately with repetitive tasks and coordinate during busy production periods.

• Comfortably performing routine standing and manual tasks with appropriate safety practices.

• Willing to work according to confirmed outlet shifts and complete required food-handling training.

1. Assist with measuring, preparing and organising baking ingredients and utensils as directed.

2. Support production activities such as shaping, baking, finishing or portioning products according to SOPs.

3. Check freshness, appearance and presentation before packing or arranging bakery items for display.

4. Label, rotate and store ingredients or finished items according to stock-control and hygiene procedures.

5. Keep workstations, ovens, trays and other bakery equipment clean and safe to use.

6. Replenish displays or supply the service team promptly according to outlet needs.

7. Report product defects, stock shortages and equipment issues to the supervisor responsible.
