Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and stock forecasts to the Managing Director
Coordinate with freight forwarders, track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate purchasing, delivery and invoice records
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control
Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments as required
Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification; Diploma or Degree in any discipline is an advantage
At least 2 years of procurement, logistics, service or order fulfilment experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
Experience with WMS and supply chain management systems
