Role Description The System Analyst will work on-site in Petaling Jaya on a contract basis, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional system specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business needs, evaluating existing systems and workflows, and recommending improvements that enhance performance and usability. The role involves collaborating with developers and IT teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to specifications, performing system testing and validation, and supporting troubleshooting activities for system issues. The System Analyst will also prepare clear documentation, participate in user training and support, and help maintain alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of System Analyst experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, or financial applications
• Strong exposure to application integration and technical solutioning
• Experience across the full application lifecycle, including deployment and production support
• Experience in code migration, implementation, and environment management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to support critical implementation activities outside normal business hours, where required

Job Description (JD)

• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology
• Has minimum 3 years working experience in system analysts/related role
• Has knowledge/experience in financial services/applications
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Involved in a full life cycle application in a distributed system design and development environment
• Able to work outside normal office hours to support critical project issues
• Possess good and clear communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and embrace new technology
