About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our Finance team.

This internship offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily accounting operations, financial documentation and reporting while working alongside experienced Finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Support the preparation and checking of invoices, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, transaction matching and data entry.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and organise supporting documents.
• Assist with e-Invoice data verification and related documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial schedules.
• Assist with monthly stock counts and related reconciliation activities.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good attention to detail, organised and willing to learn.
• Responsible, reliable and able to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months.
• Candidates who can start at short notice will have an added advantage.
