Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Engineer role based in Kelang, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Engineer will develop and manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and support the sales cycle for cooling tower products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing technical consultation, and recommending appropriate system designs and configurations. The role involves collaborating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and timely delivery of proposals and projects. The Sales Engineer will also conduct site visits when needed, deliver product presentations, support after-sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and technical solution development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting for cooling tower or related mechanical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service for managing leads, negotiations, and long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field are beneficial.
• Experience in HVAC, cooling towers, industrial equipment, or heat transfer systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel to customer sites when required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD and basic CRM tools is preferred, with a focus on preparing proposals and reports.
