Title: Operations Support Coordinator - Data Collection

Location: First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary: Up to RM2,900 per month

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Working Arrangement: On-site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Saturday half-day on a needs basis, with advance arrangement)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute data collection activities according to guidelines provided by the supervisor.
• Conduct ground research and gather relevant data and insights from various locations when required.
• Organise, review, and interpret collected information to support operational activities.
• Provide feedback and recommend improvements to existing operational processes and guidelines.
• Ensure data collection activities are carried out accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge or familiarity with data collection, research, and data interpretation.
• Comfortable conducting field research and travelling to different locations when required.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and operational guidelines.
